Can you call 911 on the Teams phones? (In general, without the system being down)
In addition to being able to make a 911 call on Teams phones, the system provides enhanced location information to the 911 operator and notifications to management personnel in the building from where a 911 call is made. Other specialized services such as 988, the Suicide Prevention Lifeline can be called as well.

If the system goes down, will we still be able to get in touch with emergency services, i.e., 911, fire etc.?
Our Teams phone deployment has been designed to provide basic call functionality, including the ability to call emergency services, in the event of a service / connectivity issue with the Teams phones system. However, depending on the extent of the outage, the ability make a 911 or any other call may not be available (e.g. a power outage affecting the building).

How will Caller ID work when I call from a Microsoft Teams phone to a cell phone?
Caller ID works consistently from landline to landline. However, when calling from a Microsoft Teams phone (a landline) to a cell phone, the way your Caller ID is displayed depends on the cell phone carrier. Each carrier may handle incoming calls differently, so the display may vary.
